What is the role of our CAs?

Our CAs are here to assist you in your experience at Serendipity. They are the quarterback of the office and the liaison to Dr. Julie. They create a welcoming environment, schedule appointments, handle your phone calls and inquiries, explain fees, accept payment, provide superbills to submit to insurance, and perform routine collections on past-due accounts.
